MediaMarktSaturn Germany accelerates expansion of B2B business

Ingolstadt, 12.09.2019: Alongside its extensive range of products and services for consumers, MediaMarktSaturn Germany is now significantly expanding its cooperation with business customers, based on local all-round support as well as concentrated tech and service expertise. The tech retailer is primarily addressing small and medium-sized enterprises as well as clients in the education and healthcare sectors and public administration. Business clients receive in-store advice on tailored solution packages from specially qualified B2B managers from MediaMarkt and Saturn, backed up by specially trained customer advisors working nationwide. The large network of stores and the associated local presence ensure business customers receive personal, individual support on a local basis. Clients can choose from a wide range of professional business equipment and solutions. So far, more than 220 business customer consultants have already been deployed in nearly 200 stores. The aim is to make this B2B offering available in all 430 stores in Germany before the end of 2020.

Serving business customers is based on MediaMarkt’s and Saturn’s extensive technology and consulting expertise, and focuses on the particular requirements of medium-sized businesses, for example, in the office and commercial sector, hotels and restaurants, and not to mention clients working in education and public administration. The personal B2B consultant and company rep supports and advises clients in all areas from start to finish. What specific needs does the client have? Which solution is best suited for them? What’s the best way to implement and use it? What sort of staff training is required? Advisors from MediaMarkt and Saturn are on hand to help clients with all these questions and to provide assistance during implementation.
