Even greater listening pleasure when streaming music: JUKE relaunched with new look and additional features

Ingolstadt, 04.07.2018: JUKE, MediaMarkt and Saturn’s music streaming service, has been completely overhauled in time for its relaunch. With its new colourful appearance, improved performance and diverse new features, JUKE now offers music-lovers even more music pleasure.

For the first time, a wide range of radio stations can now be streamed on JUKE, including Antenne Bayern, Hitradio FFH, SWR 1, NDR 2, HR3 and Klassikradio. Another new feature is the JUKE Artists’ Radio, which plays songs based on your list of favourite performers. Moreover, JUKE users can now share their personal playlists with friends on Facebook, WhatsApp or Twitter. All in all, more than 46 million songs in all music genres can be streamed on JUKE.

Automatic download & storage on SD cards

One especially handy feature is that your favourite songs can now also be saved on mobile devices and enjoyed offline. JUKE has various download options depending on your personal preferences. All content loaded under ‘My Music’ and all songs which have already been played are automatically saved on the user’s smartphone. Alternatively, manual download allows users to decide for themselves what music is saved on their devices. Moreover, the JUKE Music App can be used to individually determine how much space on your smartphone is reserved for music. The capacity needed to store music offline depends on the audio quality required. By default, JUKE streams with optimized sound quality (48 kbps Dolby Audio), although for even greater listening enjoyment, you might want to switch the quality level to high (192 kbps HE AAC) or extreme (320 kbps HE AAC). If you need even more storage space, you can now save songs on SD cards on Android devices, enabling a lot more music to be listened to offline.

Unlimited music enjoyment for €9.99 per month

JUKE is available on PCs and Macs at juke.com and also as an app on smartphones and tablets (iOS9 and higher, Android 5 and higher). What’s more, the music streaming service is also integrated ready-to-use on Sonos products, with other hardware partners set to follow. In addition, JUKE can be streamed at any time via Bluetooth, Chromecast or AirPlay. You can try out JUKE for 30 days free of charge, after which unlimited music enjoyment costs just €9.99 monthly. Users can pay by credit card, PayPal or standing order.
