MediaMarktSaturn’ Supply Chain Management is all about delivering the customer promise, working in international teams to pragmatically deliver services and solutions!  An Omnichannel approach puts the customer in the centre of its business. It is a mindset and requires alignment and communication between all our departments to bring this experience to life. Therefore, neither ‘Customer Service’ nor ‘Omnichannel’ are a department themselves in Supply Chain Management: they are our joint attitude.
