The MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group trials, improves and consistently integrates innovative solutions for better customer service and smooth delivery.

The MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group continuously develops its service concept at all touchpoints of the value chain. For example, consumer electronics retailers Media Markt and Saturn launched a same-day delivery service throughout Germany in November 2015 after testing and optimizing it in seven selected cities. In the Grafental district of Düsseldorf, the local Media Markt now also uses an autonomous robot to deliver online express orders. And last but not least, cutting-edge techniques are being forged in the SPACELAB Accelerator programme. New types of services are being trialled in conjunction with start-ups nurtured at the SPACELAB incubator such as Deutsche Technikberatung (home technology consulting) and kaputt.de (a repair platform for mobile phones and smartphones).
